Sick visits are handled with urgency and the focused attention that a clinic visit rarely allows.

For procedures requiring a clinical setting, Dr. Tomasino has partnered with a trusted local facility where she personally performs routine soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures on scheduled procedure days — ensuring your pet receives the benefits of a fully equipped surgical environment without ever losing continuity of care. For advanced diagnostics, imaging, specialty surgeries, or emergency referrals, Dr. Tomasino remains actively involved: coordinating with partner hospitals, advocating for your pet, and managing every detail of communication and follow-up so that nothing falls through the cracks.

For clients who travel with their pets, domestically or internationally, Dr. Tomasino prepares all required health certificates, USDA-endorsed documentation, and destination-specific compliance paperwork. We understand the complexity of traveling with an animal.

Not every concern requires a home visit. Our telemedicine service gives you face-to-face access to Dr. Tomasino via secure video consultation, ideal for post-visit follow-up, minor concerns, second opinions, and ongoing management of chronic conditions. All telemedicine visits are documented and integrated into your pet's health record.

Palm Beach Concierge Vet is equipped to perform a range of in-home diagnostics, including bloodwork, urinalysis, skin and ear cytology, and more. For advanced imaging or specialty testing, we coordinate referrals with trusted partners and personally walk you through all test results.
