How Enrollment Works

  1. Submit a Request — Complete the form below to tell us about yourself and your pet.

  2. Dr. Tomasino Reviews — She personally reviews each inquiry and reaches out to schedule a brief consultation.

  3. Welcome to the Practice — Once confirmed, you'll receive full access to your membership and the Digitail patient portal.

Serving Palm Beach County

Palm Beach Concierge Vet serves clients throughout Palm Beach County, with a primary focus on Palm Beach Island, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and surrounding communities. We are also available to serve some areas of Broward County.
